Caring for the inner Child

When we wake up to sensing those aspects about us that feel so separate and incomplete. I realize that is our inner child speaking , acting and needing some kind of recognition. What usually happens is that we move away from that feeling and turn to outside stimulation to chill that deeply hungry desire. We act out or we act in. When our minds our moving so fast and our hearts are beating due to excitement or fear how do we acknowledge that it could maybe ,actually be an inner child reaction? How do we stop and do a bit of searching here?

  1. Breathe- it opens the brain for space

  2. Ask yourself how old I am here right now?

  3. Acknowledging this part of you with an open heart.

  4. Move on. No need to analyze.
